By downloading or using ReelGrid ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.
ReelGrid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The app offers auto-renewing ReelGrid Pro subscriptions with weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. An active subscription unlocks premium templates, portrait and story ratios, mixed-media editing, text overlays, the freeform editor, clean exports without watermark, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Prices may vary by region.
You retain all rights to photos, videos, and collages you create with the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any media you import.
You agree not to use the app to create content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to update or discontinue features at any time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
This agreement supplements Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
