ReelGrid ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
ReelGrid does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. The app runs entirely on your device.
The app requests access to your photo library solely to let you select media for your collages. Selected photos and videos are processed on-device and are never uploaded anywhere.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We receive anonymized transaction data (e.g., whether an entitlement is active) but no payment or billing details. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Free-tier users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Ads are removed for users with an active ReelGrid Pro subscription, including trial and introductory access.
ReelGrid uses Firebase Analytics to collect product-usage events such as paywall views, purchases, restore attempts, ad events, and exports. We use this information to measure feature usage and app performance. We do not use Firebase Analytics to collect your photo or video content.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
